Nanny Pearl was part of the Windrush Generation that came to the UK from the late 1940’s.  She was a natural cook making delicious meals without any recipes, it was all in her head!  Her flavour palette and knowledge of herbs and spices was simply addictive, and her recipes and ideas have been passed on to her children and their families.
